We offer (or may offer) the following services which require some type of voluntary submission of personal information by users:

1. Product Purchases
All transactions handled for, or on behalf of CoreKnowledge.com.au are serviced completely by PayPal and SecurePay through secure interfaces. For more information see our security page. We keep secure records of invoices from purchase orders for at least 5 yrs.

2. Email Form Submissions
The use of our email form will result in storage of your email for as long as deemed neccessary for record keeping purposes. We will not pass this email on to any third party unless required by law. We will only respond to email or send subsequent mail if you do not untick the opt out box during contact form submission.

3. Usage Tracking
CoreKnowledge.com.au tracks user traffic patterns throughout all of our sites. However, we do not correlate this information with data about individual users. CoreKnowledge.com.au does break down overall usage statistics according to a user's domain name, browser type, and MIME type by reading this information from the browser string (information contained in every user's browser).

4. Surveys
CoreKnowledge.com.au may occasionally conduct user surveys to better target our content to our audience. We sometimes share the aggregated demographic information in these surveys with our sponsors, advertisers and partners. We never share any of this information about specific individuals with any third party.

Additional Info
Children: We will never knowingly request personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 15 (parental consent notwithstanding).
Cookies & Sessions: We may place a text file called a "cookie" in the browser files of your computer. The cookie itself does not contain Personal Information although it will enable us to relate your use of this site to information that you have specifically and knowingly provided. Use of information
CoreKnowledge.com.au uses any information voluntarily given by our users to enhance their experience in our network of sites, whether to provide interactive or personalized elements on the sites or to better prepare future content based on the interests of our users. As stated above, we use information that users voluntarily provide in order to operate services of this site.
